SUPER CHEESY Tteokbokki (Korean rice cakes) 수퍼 치즈 떡볶이 * VEGAN*비건
Save the baby cow’s milk for the baby cows and Follow Your Heart with this super cheesy rice cake dish that will mmmm mmm melt into your tastebuds.
INGREDIENTS
300 gram tteokbokki (rice cakes)
1/2 cup of diced red bell pepper
8 slices of vegan cheese (Follow Your Heart is one of my favorites)
1 tsp wasabi paste
1 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak tteokbooki in room temperature water for 15 minutes.
Add tteokbooki to pan with 1 cup of water.
Boil tteokbokki in medium high heat. Stir a couple of times.
After 4.5 minutes, turn the heat down to medium and add 8 slices of cheese and stir until the cheese is melted (about 3 minutes).
Turn off the stove and add 1 tsp of wasabi and stir in the wasabi for about 1 minute.
Add diced red bell pepper and stir. Done!
